Complete repair & refurbishment services are available for Avaya, Nortel, & Toshiba telephones & circuit cards. Described below are repair services offered by Worldwide Business Telecomm:

• Repair Turnaround Time:
  Standard repair turnaround time is 10 business days from the day equipment is received by Worldwide Business Telecomm at our facility in St. Petersburg, however Worldwide Business Telecomm has several repair programs in place that can cut turnaround time to as quick as 3 business days. Consult your sales representative for turnaround for specific orders.
  
• Cosmetic Refurbishing:
  All instruments sent to Worldwide Business Telecomm for repair are fully refurbished, utilizing either a state of the art painting process for either matte & gloss finishes or a customized buffing procedure. New line & handset cords as well as paper inserts, plastics & button kits are provided for all units.
  
• Warranty:
  Worldwide Business Telecomm warrants any repaired component against defects in material & workmanship for a period of 1 year. Components qualifying for this warranty will be repaired & refurbished free of charge & shipped freight prepaid. Worldwide Business Telecomm utilizes bar code labels on all products shipped to track warranty equipment.
